Jake is responsible for asset management, acquisitions and financing for Vertical Realty Capital and the Feldman portfolio of companies that owns and operates a portfolio of more than 1,800 apartment units, passive equity interests in nearly 500,000 square feet of industrial and commercial space, funding for multiple for-sale development opportunities, and a pipeline of new development opportunities, primarily in the New York metropolitan area.  Prior to his time at Vertical Realty Capital, Jake was a transactional real estate associate at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.    
Jake received his B.A. degree from Columbia University, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
